Research And Design Of Railway Engineering Project Management Training System

E-learning becomes the focus of attention of the enterprise though decades of development, E-learning training is the best solution for corporate training because it saves operation cost and has high efficiency. With engineer project management becoming more and more complicated, it sets higher demands on comprehensive quality of the staffing of the project management. This article taken the Railway engineering Project Management Center (RPMC) of Chengdu as the research object, aimed at its work content, the present status and the current problem of enterprise staffing training. With the theoretical guidance of knowledge management theory and adult learning theory, this article proposed solution of using E-learning training method and built the E-learning platform to improve the employees’capacity of project management and Enhance enterprise competitive of the RPMC of Chengdu.This article firstly introduced the research background and significance, expounded domestic and foreign research status of enterprise E-learning, researched and analyzed the relevant theories, including knowledge management theory and adult learning theory. Then this article studied the present status of enterprise staffing training of the RPMC of Chengdu, analyzed the current shortage, summarized the actual demand, and designed E-learning training instructional process that includes setting training goal, analyzing the training strategies, creating the training situation, next, designing training course aiming at a train unit in detail. On the basis of the above work, this article analyzed the functional demand and performance demand of training software system for the staff of the RPMC of Chengdu, designed system framework、function module、database according to demand analysis in detail. Finally, after defining the development environment and runtime environment, this article implementing the training platform and described the implementation of system main function modules in detail.
