Batch process can fit for multiple kinds, small quantity, multi-purpose, multi-function, technology intensive industries. So it takes more and more important place in industry especially in the field of chemical industry. However batch process is more complex than continue process for it contains many control of multivariable system (such as temperature, liquid level and so on). The Modeling and Control have some typical examples in manufacturing process of modern industry.During the study process, the author studied about the whole beer production line and the technical requirements and indexes of filling machine. And according to these requirements the controlled variance temperature and liquid level were decided and the integrated plan was chosen. Write PID program according increasing PID controlling method in GX Developer to achieve the temperature of single-loop PID control system. Through the experimental method to access the broad parameters of the object, then, use the experience fix method to estimate the PID parameters. AdjustPID parameters by use scene experience method to obtain the optimal PID parameters, so that ensure the electric furnace maintain at a temperature range of the process requirements. In the liquid level control system, this paper deals with second order water tank, and compare three control algorithms: traditional PID control, fuzzy control and adaptive fuzzy control. And we make the implementations of the above three control algorithms.PID regulator has the advantages of good stability, convenient operation, danger distribution, low price, strong Arithmetic Logic Unit, strong Memory Function. Based on the features of batch process, in this paper, we use PID Regulator to control batch process. At last, we implement the automatic control in batch process by Using PID. When PLC was on operation, the parameters was adjusted and tuned. At last, we got a satisfied result which met the technical requirements.Based on the deep research on batch process and control algorithm, it may bring great reference value to batch process related person.
