Synthetic leather industry develops rapidly recently and our country has become the first country of synthetic leather consuming,producing,exporting and importing.In the section of painting of the synthetic producing process,knives lifting control of the joint of the separating-model paper and thick liquid pouring of the synthetic leather material are mainly achieved through manual work,which means the labor is quite intensive and in the process of painting the thick liquid gives out a large amount of poisonous gas,which does harm to human's body and pollutes the environment.The thesis designs an automatic painting system for the production line of the synthetic leather based on the deep analysis of the existing producing craft of synthetic leather painting and its mechanism principle,which makes it convenient to convert the existing painting and realize its automatic operations so that full automation and sealing production of the painting process is achieved and the problem environmental pollution in the producing process is solved effectively.The main content of my paper is as follows:(1)The overall architecture design of the systemThis part analyzes the mechanism principle as well as operating process of the old painting system,points out the current system's shortcomings as well as places in need of improvement and proposes the overall design project that the automatic painting system should be divided into two subsystems including automatic knives lifting system and automatic thick liquid pouring system.The technical design routes of the two systems are illustrated respectively.(2)The design of automatic knives lifting systemThis part analyzes the basic principle of the joint detection based on visual image and designs the general design project of the knives lifting control system based on visual inspection.Through the analysis of the field painting craft and the mechanical transmission structure,solutions to detecting the speed of separating-model paper are studied.In addition,the principle and algorithm to realize the coordinated control of the parameters such as visual image sensor,separating-model paper speed,knives lifting time and location are researched.Finally an automatic knives lifting control system compatible with manual control is designed.The hardware design and software algorithm program of the system are completed and the accurate control of the knives lifting location is realized.(3)The design of automatic preparing thick liquid systemAt first,according to the requirement of the system,I propose the design project in the way of pouring material bucket.Then,I analyze and design the mechanical structure,which includes preparing mechanical equipment and shaving equipment,and electric control module,which contains data collecting module and output control module and controller.At last,I set up the object control model of liquid position,propose the algorithm of liquid position control considering the limit of PID control algorithm,thus control the liquid position stably.(4)Live test and verifyThe system designed and developed in this paper is installed,tested and verified in a synthetic leather producing factory in Lishui City.It turns out that the separating type paper joint inspection of the automatic knives lifting system is effective,the identification rate of the separating type paper joint inspection algorithm of the lifting knives system is 100%.The action of lifting/lowering knives is precisely controlled.The liquid position of the preparing liquid system can be stably controlled.And the whole automatic painting system is stable,practical,easy-operated and fulfills the requirement of the craft.
