The internet appeared in the 1980s, it was several years ago.However, In recent years, the number of the chinese netizens have be increasing, and the internet penetration in China have be increasing steadily too. With the rapid development of Internet media, traditional media has caused tremendous threat. In order to obtain more Audience resources and Social influence, Traditional mediahave embarked on the "OCS" road. In this process, The rise and development of television media site have be especially striking. Because it represents the trend of today's media convergence, that is the integration of traditional media to Electronic and network.China's TV media site which started in 1996, has experienced more than 10 years. Although compared with the commercial portal , they still have a large gap in service quality and operating conditions. They had Rapid development and made many achievements , especially, China's TV media had the awareness of independence,and they had be operating in the exploration and practice according to their own advantage.Nowadays,what development model doesWeb site of China's TV media has? What feature does these development models have? Which development model can make TV media website succeed?How could a excellent TV media website oprate and develop steadly? These issues will be solved in this article.This paper is divided into four parts. In the first chapter, we stuy the previous research of TV media website,and Search for innovation,then propose the purpose,method and theory of this article. In the second chapter,we analyze the media environment that China's TV media websites generated, particular emphasis on changes in market environment of the audience that influenced the rise of China's TV media site; In the third chapter,we make CCTV.com,ifeng.com and hunantv.com as the example to research the development model of the three website in Content Management, Resource utilization and Capital Management,then show the three development models of TV media website in china: Television official website, Comprehensive news website and TV audience interactive website. In the fourth chapter, based on the current "triple play" deepening trend, we will Proposed some development strategies to the problems of the TV media websit.
