Design Of Gas Flow Test System Based On Labview

Based on the development platform of virtual instrument of National Instruments LabVIEW8.2, and data collecting card and GAS flow measuring system, the experiment realizes mass flow meter and defect automatic measuring system. The paper introduces the research background of Mass Flow Controller, and analyzes the performance index of its hardware, gives the procedures of the design. The software consists of modules, including data processing and filter, real-time control and print, data storage, reading, data-analyzing, frequency spectrum analysis, network transmission server and client. The system collects sensor parameters without a break to realize data collecting, storing and reading, and the data collected can be analyzed through computer. Communication network can be constructed by the Internet technology, thus a sound real-time multi-channel storage system can be established. In addition, the paper explores debugging of the system and gives analyses accordingly.
