A surface plasmon resonance instrument software development approach based on data flow architecture is proposed. Surface plasmon resonance instrument developed areas are the development of virtual instruments, virtual instrument is 90 years since the advancement of computer technology gradually developed a new instrument concept, the development of virtual instrument software is currently a variety of design, such as Labview, object-oriented programming and other methods.The system consists of the next crew, the driver file, the software control module, GUI components. Control module in which the software program using C language, the use of combined data flow and pipeline architecture, GUI using C # and zedgraph controls to achieve a surface plasmon resonance instrument all the functions required. Data stream mining architecture to achieve surface plasmon resonance instrument software needs, compared to other development methods, data flow architecture with low coupling, and easy expansion, less demanding on the operating platform, reduce the complexity of the module to reduce the programmer of the module development coding capacity requirements and so on. Suitable for fast low-cost virtual device development.
