This system selects software and hardware exploitation flat roof kerneled on ARM920T processor,and adopts Linux system design method to exploit soft and hard ware.This system contains modules such as real time data collection and display,real time spectrum analysis, trouble diagnosis, data retrospect, cluster communication, network transmission,system parameter setting and manage. This system can not only gather and transmit data but also show and analyze wave shapes. The text introduces the whole design of the system detailedly, and also introduces circuit design of hard and soft ware. The exploiture of hardware combines the development of EDA and IC technology, it use hardware to describe language programme and integrate part of the numeric circuit into programmable apparatus, which increases the agility of the usage of programme, reduces work consume and general cost of the system ,and enhances the reliability and security. While the exploiture of software faces to the process which emphasizes the modularized program, and it has short exploitation period and good maintainability which embodies software's practicability.Besides,the text also introduces the test methods of the system , achieving its anticipative demand through the system's testing and debugging.
