The phase of atom interferometer is closely related to the phase of Raman laser, so the investigation on the phase noise of Raman laser is particularly important to the measurement accuracy of the atom interferometer. The phase noise of Raman laser is analyzed, and the influence of phase noise for measurement sensitivity is investigated in this thesis, which is helpful to the design of experimental system.In chapter 1, the investigation background and its significance are briefly introduced. An overview of atom interferometer research status is summarized, and the characteristics of the atom interferometer based on Raman laser are shown in introduction.In chapter 2, According to the Schrodinger equation, the basic principle of the interaction between Raman laser and atoms is explained, and the theory of measuring acceleration of gravity is introduced. Then, the structure of the experimental setup of the Raman laser is presented which mainly includes the Raman laser optical phase-locked loop and the associated microwave frequency-chain.In chapter 3, the phase noise analysis of the Raman laser is presented. Firstly, the phase noise of microwave frequency source is obtained by using linear approximation method. Secondly, the phase noise model of Raman laser is obtained by calculating the noise of the light Phase-locked-loop.In chapter 4, the impact of the Raman laser phase noise on the measurement is calculated. The sensitivity coefficient describing the relationship between the phase noise and the transition probability is defined. And then, the sensitivity of the interferometer is achieved. In the end, the influence of different reference oscillator is considered to find the best frequency source for the Raman laser.In chapter 5, a summary of the whole work is given and the advice for the improvement of the sensitivity of the interferometer is proposed.
