Research And Practice On Erp Of Power Equipment Manufacturing Company

Enterprise management information system is a feasible option to modernize the enterprise's management, which is the only route to make enterprise survive and thrive. With business expansion, corporate management will meet the bottlenecks problem. It is a meaningful issue for the orders electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises to realize enterprise management information system to keep up with the development pace. This thesis focuses based on advanced management theory of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and the Jinhua power shitch Co. Ltd. situation, carry out the following enterprise management information system design:First, from the situation of power equipment manufacturing industry, the thesis do the research on the development of enterprise management information system's history and current status, and then based on self situation, we decide to bulid management information system with Delphi7.0 and Sql Server 2000.Second, from the company structure of Jinhua power shitch Co. Ltd., the thesis discussed four modules separately on basic principles, problems, module design method, actual system design, systems' advantages, where four modules are sales management module, production management module, logistics management module and cost management module.Third, the enterprise management information effort to Jinhua power switch Co. Ltd. is summarized, and improvement recommendations for system are proposed.
