| Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP),as amanagement tool and application software,combines the information technology and concrete management operations. It provides powerful support for the enterprises to participate the furious market competition.With the deepening of reform in our country's economy and increasing international position of our manufacturing sector,the steel and iron enterprises have changed from pure production model to production and operation model.Therefore,it is not enough for an enterprise to update equipments only.It is more important to realize the equipment resource integration rationally in order to increase the comprehensive efficiency and effectiveness of equipments management,to lower the operational cost and achieve its biggest performance,then to strengthen the enterpdse's core competitiveness in market.This article bases on the optimization of iron and steel enterprise equipment management system,analyzed the present situation of domestic and international equipment management experiences,conducted a research on ERP management thinking and composition,proposed the function requirements of ERP system in iron and steel enterprise,fulfilled the module design of asset management system.It includes five sub-modules:basic data management system of equipment assets, work plan management system,equipment budget management system,equipment outsourcing management system,equipment biographical performance management system.Effort is also made on the research of system coding,system integrators and other related technologies.The functions of equipment asset management system have been realized.The construction of B/S pattern enables all valid users to visit this system through browser for resources sharing.The systems implementation increases the equipment application factor,reduces equipment maintenance cost,improves the production quality and ensures the production safety。... |
