An important branch of business management is human resources management. With today's businesses continue to refine the division of labor, the amount of the employee are increasing and the closer links are seen between industries. The requirements of human resource management are also rising. To achieve automation of human resources management, will undoubtedly bring about an efficient business management.Human resource management of chemical enterprise system is a typical information management system. The system is designed for chemical industry group to meet today's human resource information management, which mainly includes the server establishment and maintenance andclient development. First, the project are analyzed according the needs, use case design, database design, outline and detailed design, followed by system implementation, system testing, and then make users satisfied with the completion of management information systems. The design makes application of the MVC design pattern, using Spring Framework, iBATIS and background SQL database and implement a B/S based information management system.Through OzStruts, the design makes use of the MVC pattern; the applied technology is the popular JSP (Java Server Pages) technology. In order to increase server efficiency and reduce pressure on the server, the JavaBean and JavaScript technologies are also used.During the developing process, the system is performed by the software engineering steps of "analysis, design, implementation and testing". This article first introduces the chemical enterprise human resources management system requirement analysis, including the analysis of the main structure from the system, functional requirements and performance requirements. General design is made from the overall architecture, data frame and function modules. The training modules are also detailed designed. The designed system is well implemented with rigorous system testing. Finally, the design is summarized and prospected.Basically, this system can meet the needs of modern human resource information management, providing a variety of forms for human resources management, save the relevant personnel information to facilitate enterprises and individuals to view, query, modify, and other operations.
