Clinical Research About The Treatment On The Diabetic Nephropathy Of Detoxifying And Dia-collaterals Baoshen Tang

AIM:To observe the curative effect of Detoxifying and dia-collaterals baoshen tang on the diabetic nephropathy and to study its mechanism.Methods:Patients with diabetic nephropathy who visited to Yanbian University Hospital and Changchun University of TCM from March,2008 to March,2010, excepting patients who were complicated by double heart, renal inadequacy, myocardial infarction, nephrosis duty depletion, asthma, pulmonary infection, and advanced stage malignant tumor, were divided into Detoxifying and dia-collaterals baoshen tang treatment group (briefly called the treatment group) 125 cases and Benazepril treatment group (briefly called the contrast group)31 cases. Two groups were not significantly different in gender, age, course of DM and the condition of patients (P>0.05). Detoxifying and dia-collaterals baoshen tang (is composed of medicines,that is,Milkvetch Root 20g,Barbury wolfberry fruit 20g,Coptis root 5g, Weeping Forsythia Capsule 15g,Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizoma 30g,Honeysuckle flower 20g, Common Anemarrhenae Rhizoma 15g,Chinese wolfberry Root-bark15g, Dan-Shen Root 15g etc.) was infused by automatically boiling instrument. Benazepril was produced by Beijing Nuohua Pharmacy Company. The treatment course which is using basic treatment and Chinese, Western medicines unite treatment method, is one month, and all of the observation period is three month treatment course. The observation is whether the symptom improves or not before and after treatment, Fasting blood glucose(FBG), Glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc), Serum creatinine(Scr), Blood urea nitrogen(BUN), Serum cholesterol(CHO), Trigceride(TG), High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), Blood rheology, Urine examination,24 Hour urine protein quantitative changes, and Urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) etc.Results:①Generally in efficiency the treatment group outperform the control group(P<0.05);②Detoxifying and dia-collaterals baoshen tang sig-ificantly improves clinical symptom of the patients with diabetic nephropathy (P<0.05);③Detoxifying and dia-collaterals baoshen tang has a good function to lower FBG And GHbA1(P<0.01);④Detoxifying and dia-collaterals baoshen tang significantly reduces 24h Urine protein quantification,UAER of the patients with diabetic nephropathy (P<0.01);⑤n the treatment group, before and after treatment,BUN, Scr significantly dropped (P<0.01, P<0.05);⑥In the treatment group, serum CHO,TG significantly declined before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01), but HDL-C elevated before treatment (P<0.01);⑦In the treatment group,the various indexes of blood rheoloy except the hematocrit improved in diverse degree as compared with before treated (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Detoxifying and dia-collaterals baoshen tang in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has satisfactory treatment effect.
