The Jianpi Baoshen Tang On The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy And Effects On Experimental Rat Inflammatory Factors

Objective :Through the clinical and experimental and theoretical study, to observe the Jianpi Baoshen Tang on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and on the influence of the experimental rat blood vessels TNF-α, MCP- 1.Methods: 1.the Clinical:With the method of randomized, controlled,60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into the control group and The treatment group, given western medicine Valsartan and the Jianpi Baoshen Tang to treat,to observate the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in patients with clinical symptoms, fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, 24 hours urinary protein and renal function. 2.The experiment:In experimental rats by intraperitoneal injection of STZ, remove the right kidney method to establish model of diabetic nephropathy,and randomly divided into model group, control group, low dose group, high dose group, the remaining normal right kidney false resection in rats,were as fake surgery group. model group and fake surgery group were givensaline lavage,the control group given valsartan lavage, low dose group, high dose group was given traditional Chinese medicine formula particles fill the stomach,observe the change of the experimental rats fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, 24 h urinary protein, renal function, plasma fibrinogen, TNF-α,MCP- 1.Results:Studies have shown that,the Jianpi Baoshen Tang can lower in patients with diabetic nephropathy and experimental rats fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, 24 h urinary protein and renal function,and can effectively improve the experimental rats plasma fibrinogen, TNF-α, MCP- 1.Conclusions:the Jianpi Baoshen Tang has a good effect on diabetic nephropathy,and can inhibit the expression of TNF-α, MCP- 1;have the effect of the protection of the kidney.
