Clinical Study On Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy Microalbuminuria(Qiyin Deficiency And Toxin Generated By Acuumlation Damp-Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the urinary microalbumin excretion rate,urine microalbumin creatinine ratio,and TCM syndromes by observing Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Decoction combined with irbesartan tablets in patients with Diabetic nephropathy microalbuminuria(qiyin deficiency and toxin generated by acuumlation Damp-Stasis syndrome).The curative effect of the points,further explore the therapeutic advantages of Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Decoction,and provide a reference for the feasible theory and method of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A randomized,parallel-controlled clinical research method was used to randomly divide 72 cases that met the inclusion criteria into a treatment group and a control group,each with 36 cases.According to the condition of each patient,a strict diabetes diet and exercise were given.In education and basic treatments such as controlling blood glucose,blood pressure,and blood lipids,the treatment group was given Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Recipe combined with irbesartan tablets(0.15 g / day),and the control group was given irbesartan tablets(0.15 g / day).The course of treatment was 12 weeks.Changes in the total curative effect,TCM symptom score,urine microalbumin excretion rate,ACR,and other indicators were observed before and after treatment in both groups,and statistical analysis was performed.Result: 1 The total therapeutic effect(87.5%)of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(70%),and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2 Urinary microalbumin excretion rate and ACR were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).After treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,and lipids between the two groups after treatment(p> 0.05).3 Before and after treatment,there were no abnormalities in safety indicators such as blood pressure,liver function,and kidney function.Conclusion:The application of Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Decoction combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy microalbuminuria qi-yin deficiency and dampness-stasis syndrome can reduce urine microalbumin excretion rate,ACR,and effectively control the development of DN.And can effectively alleviate related clinical symptoms and signs of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine Jiedu Tongluo Fang is more prominent for improving the symptoms of turbid urine,fatigue,shortness of breath,dry mouth and throat,restless heart palpitations,frequent urination,and heavy physical symptoms.In this observational study,there were no adverse reactions and toxic side effects,indicating that Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Fang is safe and worthy of promotion.
