Clinical Study Of Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Recipe In Treating Clinical Proteinuria Of Diabetic Nephropathy (Qiyin Deficiency And Toxin Generated By Acuumlation Damp-Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen recipe in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the clinical proteinuria period(qiyin deficiency and toxin generated by acuumlation Damp-Stasis syndrome),and to further analyze its effectiveness and safety.Methods:The patients in the outpatient and treatment area of the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.Based on a unified diet and exercise,a randomized controlled research method was adopted.A total of 72 cases were collected.The control group was given Irbesartan tablets,and the treatment group added Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Recipe on the basis of the control group for 12 weeks.Observe changes in TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in two groups of patients,monitor urine albumin to urine creatinine ratio(ACR),24-hour urine protein quantification,fasting blood glucose,2-hour blood glucose after meals,glycated hemoglobin,serum creatinine(SCr),and estimate glomeruli filtration rate(eGFR),total cholesterol and triglycerides were changed.The results were evaluated for statistical efficacy and safety.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was87.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 71.0%.There was a difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group compared with the control group in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.(P <0.05).The quantitative indexes of ACR and 24-hour urine protein after treatment were different between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose,blood glucose at 2 hours after meal,glycated hemoglobin,SCr,eGFR,total cholesterol,triglyceride indexes were not different between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05).Before and after treatment,the safety indicators of the two groups were normal.Conclusion: Jiedu Tongluo Baoshen Recipe combined with irbesartan tablets in thetreatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy in the clinical proteinuria period(qiyin deficiency and toxin generated by acuumlation Damp-Stasis syndrome)can improve TCM symptoms,reduce ACR and 24-hour urine protein quantity,and reduce urine protein,And then delay the progress of DN.There were no obvious adverse reactions in this clinical study,and the safety was good.
