| Objective:To observe the clinical and experimental efficiency in treating chronic urticaria of failure of exterior Qi's consolidation syndrome with Gubiao Qingre Qufeng Tang,offering safe and effective drug for external use.Methods:The literature of the ancient and modern statistical treatment of chronic urticaria, combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine, the composition of Gubiao Qingre Qufeng Tang, will be applied to clinical studies and animal experiments, the control group given Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid, and both given Luganshi for external use.a detailed record of the signs and symptoms before and after treatment and related information, evaluation of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Statistics. Results:The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was superior on the control group and the recurrence rate was lower than before,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Experimental results show that the three groups had significant difference (P<0.05)and there is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both of Gubiao Qingre Qufeng Tang and Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid have good clinical effect in treating chronic urticaria of failure of exterior Qi's consolidation syndrome.But the former has clear better clinical effect than latter and the recurrence rate was lower. So Gubiao Qingre Qufeng Tang is the treatment of chronic urticaria of failure of exterior Qi's consolidation syndrome sure. |
