Clinical Observation On Treating Chronic Urticaria With Qufeng Zhiyang Prescription Combined With Autohemotherapy

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Zhiyang Prescription combined with autohemotherapy on chronic urticaria(blood deficiency and wind dryness)Methods:In this clinical observation,120 patients who meet the requirements will be randomly divided into a treatment group 1,a treatment group 2 and a control group in accordance with the order of visits.Each group includes 40 patients.There were 36 patients in the treatment group 1,36 in the treatment group 2 and 35 in the control group.The t reatment group 1 was given the oral Chinese herbal decoction Qufeng Zhiyang Prescripti in combination with autohemo therapy.The treatment group 2 was treated with the proprietary Chinese medicine Runzaozhiyang Capsules in combination with autohemo therapy.The control group was given the proprietary Chinese medicine Runzaozhiyang Capsules.The patient’s objective and subjective index scores were recorded on day 0,7,14,21,and 28 of treatment.At the same time,Record changes in serum total IgE level and eosinophil indexResults:1.After the treatment,Total efficiency:the treatment group 1 was 91.67%,the treatment group 2 was 77.77%,and the control group was 57.14%.After statistical processing,the efficacy of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 are better than the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group 1 is better than the treatment group(P<0.05)2.After the treatment,The skin lesion scores and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups of patients were significantly improved.After comparison between the groups,the improvement of treatment group 1 an d treatment group 2 were better than the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,the total serum IgE level and the number of eosinophils in the three groups of patients decreased significantly compared with before treatment.After comparison between the groups,the decrease degree of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the decrease degree of treatment group 1 was higher than that of treatment group 2(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Qufeng Zhiyang Prescription combined with autohemotherapy for chronic urticaria can effectively improve the patient’s symptom score,and and can reduce the total serum IgE level and the number of eosinophils.2.Qufeng Zhiyang Prescription combined with autohemotherapy is a safe and effective method for chronic urticaria.
