| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Qufeng Decoction combined with levcetirizine on chronic urticaria.Methods: 60 patients with qi and blood deficiency syndrome of chronic urticaria were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with yupingfeng granule and Levcetirizine hydrochloride tablets.The degree of pruritus,the number of wind masses,the frequency of attack and the total score were evaluated before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively,and the total score was evaluated by the decline index of the total score.Quality of life index scores were recorded before and after treatment to evaluate the improvement of quality of life.Results: After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of pruritus and wind mass in both groups were better than before.After treatment,the symptom score,total score and quality of life score in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The cure rate,effective rate and recurrence rate in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Huangqi Qufeng Decoction combined with levcetirizine is effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria,without obvious side effects and low recurrence rate,which has clinical application value. |
