Clinical Observation On Heying Qufeng Prescription Combined With Acupuncture For Treating Chronic Urticaria

Objective:Observation of clinical effect of Heying Qufeng Prescription combined with acupuncture on chronic urticaria.Methods:In this study,80 patients with chronic urticaria meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 cases,the control group of 40 cases.The treatment group was treated with oral Chinese herbal decoction Heying Qufeng Prescription combined with acupuncture.The control group received oral Tranilast Capsules.1 month is a course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the wheal distribution,the size of wheal,itching degree,duration,and frequency of onset before and after treatment are compared and the safety assessment of the two groups of patients is performed.The clinical efficacy and safety of Heying Qufeng Prescription combined with acupuncture were further evaluated.Results:1.Completion: A total of 80 qualified subjects were included in this study,40 in the treatment group and 40 in the control group.Two cases fell out during the study and finally 78 cases were completed.2.Heying Qufeng Prescription combined with acupuncture treatment cured 6 people,markedly effective 10 people,effective 17 people,ineffective5 people,the overall effective rate was 86.84%;oral Tranilast Capsules treatment cured 2 people,markedly effective 4 people,effective 21 people 13 patients were ineffective,and the overall effective rate was 67.50%.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.After the evaluation of the two groups of observation indicators,Heying Qufeng Prescription combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the wheal distribution,the size of wheal,itching degree,duration,and frequency,and the overall effect is higher than the control group.3.Safety analysis: the laboratory test results of the two groups of subjects were within the normal range during the research process;there was no statistically significant difference in adverse events between the two groups,and no serious adverse events occurred;Heying Qufeng Prescription combined with acupuncture treatment is safe.Conclusion:1.Heying Qufeng Prescription combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the total score before treatment of chronic urticaria(Pathogenic wind guest camp type).2.Heying Qufeng Prescription combined with acupuncture is a safe and effective method for treating chronic urticaria.
