Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria Of Windheat Type With Wushe Qufeng Combined With Loratadine Decoction Clinical Efficacy Observation

Objective: Wushe Qufeng Decoction was introduced in the treatment of chronic urticaria of wind-heat type to observe the clinical effects of its disease activity and disease control improvement.expand new ideas for the treatment of chronic urticaria by Traditional Chinese Medicine and provide new plans and clinical data reference.Methods: A random number table method in which 80 patients with chronic urticaria of wind-heat type who met the standard were divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The oral group of Wushe Qufeng Decoction was used as the experimental group,and the oral group of Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granule was used as the control group.Both groups were treated with loratadine tablet as the basic treatment for a total of 4 weeks.The of patients in the experimental group of Wushe Qufeng Decoction and the control group of Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granule were recorded.The disease control score,the number of wheezes,the degree of itching score,and the total score of symptoms were used to evaluate the disease activity.And the adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period and the recurrence rate three months after the treatment were also documented.After doing so,a statistical software was used to objectively evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Result:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a significant decrease in the number of wheezes and itching scores as well as the total symptom score of patients in the two groups compared with those before treatment(p<0.05),and a greater reduction was more seen in the experimental group(p<0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the disease control scores of patients in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(p<0.05),and there was a sharp rise in the experimental group than that in the control group(p<0.05).3.After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the Wushe Qufeng Decoction group was79.49%,higher than that of the Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granule group(70.27%).After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the previous group was 97.40%,much significantly higher than that of the latter one,which was 81.10%.Two months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate in the Wushe Qufeng Decoction group was 15.38%,lower than that in the Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granule group(38.13%).It’s of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wushe Qufeng Decoction is Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granule group in improving disease activity and disease control in treating chronic urticaria of wind-heat type,with the advantages of safety,effectiveness,and reduced recurrence rate.In conclusion,it should be.
