Principle and research methods of Management Information System are discussed in the article .Based on the actual project for Reconnaissance Engineering Management Information System(REMIS) of GEDI,the design project of REMIS is detailedly expatiated ,such as the aim as a whole,the structure as a whole,the conditions of work,the application of key technique,the realization of function and the management of image and letter as a whole.The realization of function about the system is specified in this article,include the structure of function model,the design of function model,the design of data interfaces and the design of data structure.
