In this paper, combining with the industry development background of Lanzhou Huanqiu Engineering Company (hereinafter referred to as Company),aiming at problems existed in the actual situation of engineering project management and informatization management of the Company, by means of research on the advanced management ideas and methods for domestic and international engineering project management and information management,an analyze was made on actual situation of engineering project management and informatization management of the Company, and a solution was put forward for the Company to implement the project management information system. Secondly, in order to ensure the advanced nature of the project management information system of the Company, an adjustment and harmonization of the existing project organization, project management mode and project management process was carried out, making it fully connected with the international project management mode and implementation methods.An detailed introduction was made on the implementation of the project management information system HQPMP in the Company and on WBS work breakdown structure and practical application of the principle of earned value.Finally, by means of applying PDCA cycle theory, an evaluation of the implementation effect of the Company’s HQPMP was made. Aiming at the existing deficiencies in the process of implementation of HQPMP, an improving solution was put forward for continuous improving HQPMP.Part of the research content and method in this paper has already been practiced in the Company and achieved initial results. The author hopes that this article can provide certain reference significance for the engineering design enterprises in the ’same industry or other industry for carrying out project management information system. |
