Informationalization is a trend of high technology of the world. With the rapid progressof technologies on earth observing, Managining, Internet, Virtual Reality as a tool ofmanagement, the morden information techonolgy have been used more and more in the fieldof engineering project management. This paper actualized schedule 3D-visualization, integration of construction management information and digital campus managementnavigation based on actual system development.The 3D-visualization was actualized based on a large-scale hydroelectric engineering.The construction diversion for a large-scale hydroelectric engineering is a rather complexsystems engineering, making schedule for it is a complex task which includes many varioussubsystems. The parts of respective subsystem not only relate with each other, but also restrictwith each other and the relation of them is greatly intricate. Construction of every componentis dynamically changing, thus it's difficult to grasp large amount of dynamic information. Thedesign and decision-making is a quite difficult work, most of time we need to find the bestone for many of them. With the technique of GIS (geographic information system) andvisualization, the methodology of 3D-visualization based on GIS is proposed, engineeringvisual computer-aided design and its application are deeply studied and fulfilled, also theGIS-based three-dimension dynamic visual simulation technique of the engineeringconstructions. The dynamic animation data is organized on the platform of GIS, the 3Ddynamic animation system structure is designed, and also the sub-system functions arerealized. The successful development of the system provides a useful analysis tool for themanagement and decision-making of construction of hydropower station. The methodprovides a powerful tool for schedule-planning and management of project construction.The integration of construction management information was actualized based onconstruction management information system of two representative project: a bilgeengineering and a industrial and civil engineering. Through systems analysis, confirming thegoal and principle of system, designing and organizing the system database, this paperintegrated construction management of cable stayed-bridge to develop a software regardinginformation system of construction management of bridge. It adopts software engineeringthought and is based on technical tools including MapX4.5 and Visual Basic6.0. After then, italso presented the thoughtway and realization to industrial and civil architecture management system. It is dead against the fact of engineering, design a convent and applied system, basedon SuperMap GIS 5 which is a component software, the Visual Basic 6.0 which is a visualprogrammed tool and module of C/S which is a integration way. The system manages plan, quality, cost in construction. Combining GIS with GPS, which displays long-range machinesin figure for manager.In allusion to the phenomenon of many universities unite together one after the otheralong with the reformation of national higher education in management system, the paperpresented two campus geography information management systems which had spatialanalysis, statistic analysis and navigation besided the normal query and glossary display withconsider the large information and difficulty in management.
