Along with automated technology unceasing development and production standardization level enhancement, the requirement to the ultrahigh hydraulic pressure part performance is more and more high, and the ultrahigh hydraulic pressure part quota examination is important. The traditional quality examination method has not been able to satisfy the modern productions demand, to design ultrahigh hydraulic pressure part overall performance test platform which the enterprise requests becomes technical topic which the enterprise is urgent needs to solve. This topic use computer software and hardware resources, union test technology, develop ultrahigh hydraulic pressure part test platform, provides the safe reliable experimental platform for enterprises.First, according to the system request, consults national standard and the ministry of mechanized industry standard, formulates the experiment plan, the experimental principle and the testing sequence, manufactures ultrahigh hydraulic pressure test platform. Then, introduces the general test systems and the computer control system classification, the principle and the development tendency, determines this experimental schematic diagram. In view of the computer test system principle, choice the PXI system, and makes the key introduction to its performance characteristic. Introduced the observation and control system function demand, the performance demand, the information data demand, has determined the observation and control system software diagram according to these requests. Finally, uses the LabVIEW software to develop observation and control system software, explains each stature module function and the realization technology.This system already applied in Jinan railroad machine factory, Provided the stable and the quality reliable experiment platform for this factory. After practical application, this system satisfies this factory completely each request, has created the very big economic efficiency for the enterprise.
