With the development of micro-electronic and computer, virtual instrument (VI) based on new technology of electronic and test technology has been developed quickly. This subject absorbs the theory of virtual instrument, unifies the production need of some chemical plant, has studied the multi-channel pressure monitoring system, and has completed the system design.This text has studied the technology of the virtual instrument and software, confirm that adopts PC-DAQ to insert the card type virtual instrument system. The system adopts the PCI-8310 data collecting card of the Sino-Thai company, and adopts the graph programming language LabVIEW compilation and debugging system program.System software uses the modular design method, has designed four functions module of the system: the data gathering module, analysis and processing module, date storage and returns module, realized signal gathering, processing, the real-time memory with returns. And has researched digital gathering and processing technology, the dynamic connection storehouse technology, the digital signal processing technology, the dynamic data exchange technology which involves to the system develops process.This text has also studied long-distance observation and control technology based on the TCP/IP, designed long-distance observation and control system based on the virtual instrument and completed the software design and the debugging.
