QCS003 type hydraulic pressure laboratory bench is a daily equipment that the course experiment of hydraulic transmission is practiced and a tie and bridge in combination theories with practice, which can settle better contradiction where theory and practices disconnect. Make students grasp the concrete work course of hydraulic transmission. It has played an important role in the course of hydraulic transmission teaching. In order to meet the needs of nowadays development in science and technology and change traditional experiments and observe and control the method , This subject leads advanced virtual instrument technology into the experiment technology of observing and control of the hydraulic pressure laboratory bench on the basis of original laboratory bench. It has realized the combining organically of the machine and electricity and liquid. But we have developped test and control system of virtual instrument on the basis of the hydraulic pressure laboratory bench.QCS003 type liquor pressure laboratory bench include mainly: liquor pressure hydraulic pump performance experiment liquor pressure system of pump; performance experiment liquor pressure system of valve; transfer the return circuit performance experiment liquor pressure system of the speed.This text has put forward a method in signals gathered and the type of all kinds of sensors chosen and installment based on virtual instrument. The choice of data acquisitions and data export method and pulse signal export have been put forward also. Relying on LabVIEW's operating platform we set up three kinds of systems. For example, the rotational speed, flow test system and the systematic pressure test system, loading test system and step and enters the control system of the electrical machinery. And has written signal acquisitions and dealing with subprogram under the environment of language LabVIEW. Take performance experiment of the hydraulic pump as an example and give detailed course of test and control in the front board and procedure block. We have analyzed and discussed the experimental result on the basis of this.The development application on the hydraulic pressure laboratory bench of the virtual instrument has improved the automation and intelligent level and test efficiency and precision of the laboratory bench of the experiment course. New experiment content and experiment means have offered feasible method for upgrading transformation of experimental facilities also.
