Affected by the economic crisis, in recent years, the engineering machinery industryis in very difficult situation. As the supply unit of engineering machinery plant, thehydraulic cylinder manufacturers are having a hard time. In order to survive and develop,enterprises must be enhance their competitiveness through positive change. In this paper,We upgrade a hydraulic cylinder test bed of Zhangjiakou in aircraft hydraulic equipmentCo.,Ltd which is semi-abandoned state, and make it has a high pressure test capability.The retrofit design of the test bed will create conditions and provide convenience for thecompany to develop and produce the coal oil cylinder and high pressure cylinders, alsoprovide reference for the use of old equipment.According to the specific requirements of the national standard of the coal cylinderand the hydraulic cylinder and the existing test bed, this research project mainly study thethe design research of the pressurization system of the ultra-high pressure test bed.Firstly, in response to the problems of insufficient pressure of the semi-abandonedtest bed, a turbocharging system was developed, and the hydraulic components and otherwere selected by calculating.Secondly, this paper apply the calculational methods of numerical value, figure outthe stress distribution in the increasing pressure cylinder, and find the weakness. and thenbuild the3D model by ProENGINEER5.0software. This paper use finite elementanalytic software ANSYS Workbench to analysis the strength of the increasing pressurecylinder; By comparing the two results, it proved the correctness of the strength of thetwo calculation methods, but also proved that the finite element structural analysissoftware has advantage in t analyzing the strength of a complex3D model.Finally, this paper used the AMESim simulation software established the model ofincreasing pressure cylinder, pilot proportional relief valve and hydraulic system, andthen conducted simulations and analysis. And proved the rightness of the designedhydraulic system by comparison with the experimental results.
