As a source of information of the vehicle electronic control system, the vehiclesensor is the key component of a vehicle electronic control system. What’s more, it isone of the core contents of the research in the field of motor vehicle electronicstechnology. In the past, many companies used the general method to calibrate thepressure sensors, which involves many manual works, such as pressure or depressure,reading pressure gauges, entering the calibration data into the computer, judging thecalibration results, filling the certificate, etc. The method which is time-consuming andlabor-intensive directly affects the production efficiency. With the rapid developmentof automotive electronics technology, embedded technology and virtual instrumenttechnology, the pressure sensor auto-calibration control system, which is a conform tothe requirements of the times, becomes a hot research field of instrumentation at homeand abroad. This topic which was based on virtual instrument technology developed apressure sensor auto-calibration control system. The system achieved automationcontrol in the pressure sensor calibration process.The thesis took the pressure sensors MLX90807and MLX90808as research object,analyzed the composition of the system hardware, designed the two sensorsauto-calibration control system. Detailed works are as follows:(1) Comprehensive analysis and study of the pressure control system sensorauto-calibration technology indicators and the description of the system hardware andthe nature and works of the pressure sensor.(2) Create dynamic link library with VC++software and design a system keydriver module, LabVIEW software control of independent research and developmentof the pressure and temperature control card.(3) Develop PC software system Based on IPC equipment. Using NI LabVIEW2010as a software platform, developed the control system of a pressure sensorauto-calibration.(4) Research on the programming model, the design method of serialcommunication, the technology of multi-threading and data processing of LabVIEW software.(5) Develop the database management system about the pressure sensorauto-calibration with the SQL Server database management technology and the SQLToolkit development techniques in LabVIEW. We can utilize it to find useful historicaldata on the pressure sensor, to display and report processing, and so on.The pressure sensor auto-calibration control system is not only able to a to achievethe automatic control of the pressure and temperature of the working container, butalso to achieve the conditioning and compensation control of integrated programmablepressure sensor. The pressure sensor auto-calibration control system simplify the users’operations,which is also ensure the calibration accuracy. What’s more, it has enhancedthe enterprise management to the process of the sensor production and calibration.
