As the scientific technology develops, the knowledge economy arrives and the International competition heightens, all countries accelerate the step of education reform. Teachers are the main perpetrators of the education reform, and the success of the reform is bearing the teachers' quality. The new round of curriculum reform of basic education has been carried out in china totally and the physics curriculum reform of basic education reforms towards the aspects of target, structure, content, implementation, evaluation and management of the curriculum. The diversification of the new curriculum target and structure, the epochal character of the curriculum content, the flexibility of the curriculum implementation and the development of the curriculum evaluation are fundamental reform towards the traditional curriculum philosophy which bring strong shock and challenge towards the diathesis of current physics teachers and also provide great opportunity for the development of the normal university education.The important ways to improve the diathesis of the teachers are pre-occupational cultivation and post occupational training. The former refers to systematical normal university education whose objects are normal university students and the objects of the latter are on-the-job teachers. Comparing to the teachers, normal university students have no mental load and can put new education idea into practice. So as the future teachers, the diathesis of the normal university students will be significant to the implementation of the new curriculum.From the current situation analysis of the diathesis of the normal university students majoring in physics, as integrated part of the university students in china, they have normal problems and also special diathesis problems due to the feature of physics which make the implementation of the new curriculum reform of physics very challenging. The paper mainly uses literature, comparative studies and case studies and other methods. It analyzes on the normal diathesis problems in the normal university students and summarizes the normal diathesis problems in the normal university students majoring in physics which provides specific direction for the diathesis cultivation of the normal university students majoring in physics. In the base of this we analyze the strategy diathesis cultivation.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction which introduces the background and the meaning, relevant research situation and research method. The second chapter analyzes on physics new curriculum and the requirement for the diathesis of physics teachers and generalizes the content of the due diathesis of the normal university students majoring in physics from that. The third chapter starts from the diathesis structure of the idea, knowledge and ability and analyzes on the current diathesis of the normal university students majoring in physics then summarizes the special problems of the diathesis cultivation of the normal university students majoring in physics. The fourth chapter discusses the strategy of the diathesis cultivation of the normal university students majoring in physics aiming at the current diathesis. In order to meet the needs of the current diathesis, this paper mainly analyzes from the aspects of cultivating healthy psychological diathesis, developing the civilization education of the physics science and improving the education technique of the students and physics education research ability and the relevant cultivation strategy is put forward. Training the normal university students is a system. School management, teachers, teaching, student learning should be active to improve the work. Students training in all aspects of the quality should to adhere to allowing principles. The ideological driving force for the establishment is the premise. Consolidating comprehensive theoretical knowledge is the basis. Practical application is the end-result. All of this is ultimately to promote the quality of the overall development of the students. The fifth chapter generalizes the main work, analyzes on the disadvantages and prospects for the future research work.
