Study On The Student Oriented Teaching Managenment For Physics Major In Normal Universities

The Human-oriented teaching concept is the outcome of time's development, which reflecst the Zeitgeist of social development. It puts human beings at the first place, making their health and harmonious growth the starting point of educational activities. Paying attention to students'gift, excavating their potential, concerning their growth, being aware of their feeling and making their welfare as the motive is the core of student-oriented teaching. Reflecting students'progressing and need, aiming at improving their qualities, holding the principle of developing knowledge, abilities, and qualities all-round, making the idea of quality-oriented education permeate the whole process of education for physics specialized undergraduates in normal universities, are not only the requirements of social development, but also the needs of training all-round developed students.The idea of student-orient conforms to the thinking of higher education required by the time: respect to students'personality, law of growth, individuality and status as main body, and attentions on sustainable development of their lives. During this process, teaching management is an extremely crucial tache. Therefore, it is essential to start with theoretical foundation of student-oriented teaching management, studying the formation and development of humanism, modern education concept and Post-Modernism's effect and meaning to modern education pattern and management. Defining the basic connotation of student-oriented teaching management, searching for its characteristics and establishing its principle. The formulation of student-based strategy of teaching management includes the transformation of concept, renovation of purpose, establishment of subject, building of circumstance, setting up of procedures, which is also what to be solved by this research.
