Biology is a laboratory-based Science,experimental education is an important element in biological teaching.Combinating the experimental operation and the theoretical learning through the experiment, It not only can nurture student's experimental skills,observation capability,thinking capability,operation capability, and the capability of identify problems, analyze issues and solve problems, but also can improve students'interest in biology. With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and knowledge economy, every country's governments are aware of that the competition in future is the talent competition, and the cultivation depends on the education, the quality of the education related to the nation's future, even the prospect of the human society.The "subject" and "expert" personnel training mode which established in the past, can not meet the needs of the social development today.Quality education has become a consensus, personnel training model, which has begun changed "knowledge" and "examination" into "knowledge and ability-based" and "quality type".However, there is a considerable contrast between education status and people's aspirations.Therefore,all countries in the world have taken a series of reforms to reform the primary education and higher education.At present, the reform of basic education in primary and middle schools have already started and have achieved some good results.the normal university as a main training ground for future education teachers, not only shoulder the heavy responsibility of educating, but also undertak the mission to training new teachers. The development of basic education depends on high quality teacher education, students's personal potential development and their level direct impact on the development of the country's education. Therefore, reforming the education and teaching, cultivating new teachers who have innovation awareness,cooperation awareness, practical ability,research ability and self-learning ability is an urgent need for normal universitys.This paper starts from the trend of higher education reform and the requirement of curriculum reform in basic education, through literature research, the author describe the reform situation of the experimental teaching in our country and abroad. expound the main situation of curriculum reform in biological experiments, and then introduces thenormal university's historical mission and the requirements in new time, and described the basic types and characteristics of university's biological experiments course, defines the concept of the theory and sorts out the research theory,Based on the theory research, the author choose Beijing Normal University and East China Normal University which are directly under the Ministry of Education, "211 Project" University such as Hunan Normal University, Guangxi Normal University and Yunnan Normal University which is simlar to Guangxi Normal University to comparative their curriculum,and use East China Normal University's reform as a case study to examine detailly how it reform and it's results.From the researches, the author knows that almost normal universitys are carrying out the reform of the experiment course vigorously current, Ministry of Education promulgated that Construction Model Standards of University Experimental Teaching Center which mentioned that the number hours of experimental class should account for 100% compared the biological theory class,and Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation Standards provides that the the proportion of comprehensive and curriculum design experiment must occupy 80% to the total number of experimental courses , now, all the curriculum reforms in the high school are close to this goal.Based on the detailed study of experimental curricula,training plans and teaching calendars,through questionnaires and interview to investigate the students about the biological experiments in Guangxi Normal University, the author learns that the Guangxi Normal University is also taking the reform of the experiment teaching in current, and it has made some progress, but there are still some problems in biological experiments curriculum.Such as:(1)The traditional experimental content is old. (2)The number of experiments are too many, lack of integrated optimization. (3)Some experiments are too complicated, but some experiments are too simple, the students easily feel no meaning after done the experiment, which can not inspire students'thinking well. (4)The experiments learining are not associacted with social services,scientific research and production in life. Inorder to solve these problems, the author puts forward a number of ideas and proposals: (1)Building new biology curriculum system,pay attention to the overall planning and system insruction, and build a new system of experiments teaching rely on the characteristics of discipline, training objectives and the experimental teaching's own laws, as the main body, building new biology curriculum system divide different levels from the basic experiment to the higher construction experiments,at last to the advanced experiments.(2)Integrate and optimize experimental contents:â‘ Independently set experiment courses.â‘¡optimize experimental content, improve the efficiency of experimental teaching.â‘¢change the validation to the sexual orientation, for some experiment contents.(3)Plait the experiments lectures and laboratory experiments syllabus. (4) Improving teaching methods. (5) open laboratory.In this study, the author makes certain ideas and proposals for optimization and integration the biological experimental course, which have some innovative and practical,Which can also provide a reference for the reform of the normal universitys'experiment curriculum.
