The new round of the basic education curriculum reform is the large-scale education reform which did a deep analysis to our country tradition educational' shortage, and aim to raise the civil character . Biological discipline as one of the basic disciplines of new curriculum, and has brought forward higher request to biological teacher. Whether the New course's can carry out smoothly is the key that our country education for all-round development can promote, the teacher is a curriculum direct performance. Teacher's quality has already become one of the key factors of the success of the reform of basic education curriculum to a certain extent, so face the various variety the new curriculum puts forward and the new challenge to teacher, the new biological curriculum reform calls high-quality teachers. This needs us to pay attention to the teacher education. we should pay attention to the pre-service education to solve the problem of teacher's quality form the source. Higher normal education provides excellent teachers to the community, and has very important meaning for promote our country socialistic modernization progress and improve the cultural qualities of entire citizen.with the progress and development of the society, the challenge brought to teacher qualities and higher normal universities by the uncertain various factors such as political, economy,and education.This research base on the foundation education Curriculum reform to put forward the challenge to the teachers education, which starts with the curriculum design aim to provid reformational suggestions to the higher normal universty. Mainly including the following three parts:The first part, first from the new biology curriculum's principle, target, learning style, curriculum contents, etc. aspect, to discussed the variety of the biology teaching under the new biology curriculum. Subsequently discussed these new changed have a further request to the biology teacher on their educate principle, transformation of roles teachers, knowledge structure, teaching ability and so on. Putting forward the new curriculum needs the high quality biology teacher.The second part, mostly dissertate the actuality of teacher education of our college and analyse the problems.Aim at the changes and teacher's request of new biological curriculum reform, and to scan the teacher education of our college whether adapt to the changes of new curriculum, and whether bring up teacher who can adapt to the new biological curriculum. This research take my college trainees and pratice-instruction teachers of the middle schools as the interview partner, and interview with the trainees can adapt to the new curriculum or not. Also mostly study 2006 steps of teaching programme and syllabus and link the result of interview to analyse rationality and problems of the teacher education of our college. In 2006, our college carry out "2+2" training mode. The research find out that the 2006 steps of teaching programme and syllabus have some changes in curriculum design , but have little change in teaching methods, experiment teaching, evaluation mode and teaching practice. Thereinto, the changes of curriculum design incarnate rationality, but the teaching methods, experiment teaching, evaluation mode and so on have some shortages.The third part, we can put forward some reform suggestions aim at problems of our college from curriculum designe, curriculum content, teaching methods, experiment teaching, evaluation mode and teaching practice. So that can promise the teacher education of our college can adapt to the high request of the new curriculum, and transport person of ability.In the end, the research indicate that the teacher education of our college can make out positive adjust and change with the changes of fundamental education in time, so it can adapt the new biological curriculum reform at a certain extent. But also have some problems, and need further improvement.
