The influences of electromagnetic irradiation of High-Voltage Transmission Line (HVTL) and some magnetic field on human health cause always one's attentions which deserve to study deeply. The effects of electromagnetic radiation of HVTL and magnetic field on animal and water are studied, respectively. The biological effects of magnetized water are also discussed in this thesis. The infections of electromagnetic radiation of HVTL and magnetized water on blood indexes of rats are completely studied in our experiments. As are known, there is a great number of water in the living systems, whose weight is about 60-70% in blood. Thus, the study on the influences of magnetized water on blood and its other biological effects have important significances of science.In the experiment of influences of electromagnetic irradiation of HVTL on rats, 32 Wister rats are divided randomly into experiment and control groups, the rats in the experiment group are exposed in the electromagnetic irradiation of HVTL ( E=4000v/m, B=0.1G) about 400 days. The rats in the control group are raised in the same condition without irradiation. The serums are extracted from excuted rats after 400 days. Some biochemical indexes reflecting the functions of liver, such as, GPT, GOT, TP, ALB, TB, DB, IB, CLO, A/C and of kidney, such as, BUN and inosine are detected by certain reagent boxes and the LQ-300K automatic instrument of biochemistry made by EPSON. At the same time, the spectra of infrared absorption for the serums and blood are collected in 670FT-IR instrument. On the other hand, the numbers of leucocytes and erythrocytes are detected by the microscope and the weights of hematoglobin in the blood are detected by colorimetry method.In the experiment of influence of magnetized water, which is obtained from the water exposed in the magnetic-field with 4000G, on hyperlipemia animals, which are raised in high-lipids feedstuff. At the same time, the rats in the experiment group drink the magnetized water and ones in the control group drink the common water for 100 days.
