In order to understand the effects of hypoxia on blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Apodemus peninsulae's biological clock,this experiment was carried out from May 2015 to October 2015.Adopted the cage-catch method and aimed at the Apodemus peninsulae from Moranbong,Hengdaohezi Forest District and Sandaoguan as well as fed them in laboratory under hypoxic condition.This paper analyzed the blood physiological index,blood biochemical indexes,respiratory rate,the amount of activity,feeding amount and water intake quantity of Apodemus peninsulae under the different oxygen concentration gradients,and made the cryostat sections of heart,lung,liver and kidney of each concentration gradient to observe for understanding the damage of hypoxic environment to the body organs of Apodemus peninsulae.Experimental results shows: with the decrease of oxygen concentration,there is a clear changing tendency of the blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Apodemus peninsulae;the respiratory rate showed a downward trend and the depth of respiration was deepened greatly;the amount of activity,feeding amount and water intake quantity showed a downward trend and the feeding amount at night was bigger than daytime;the heart,lung,liver showed histiocytic edema.Results show: hypoxia environment had an effect on the blood biochemical indexes,respiratory rate,the amount of activity,feeding amount,water intake quantity,heart,lung,liver and other organ functions of Apodemus peninsulae.
