| Nowadays, the urban underground-integrated pipeline networks GIS system is applied more widely, but it has not become reality in Hengnan of Hunan province. The goal of author is to build "Underground-integrated Pipeline Networks GIS System of Hengnan"(HNPGIS) by modem GIS technology to managing the pipeline networks timely, exactly and dynamically.On the base of data collection, author disposed the data and resigned the database carefully, therefore builded Hengnan underground-integrated pipeline network database. In the process of database building, author researched the database classification and encode aimed at Hengnan facts and consulted GBK and industrial standard, established the classifying standard and encoding methods of HNPGIS database.According to the GIS Software Engineering methods and means, author scientific analysed and designed this system with itself characters, and used Mapinfo as the GIS platform, adopted visual programming language (VB 6. 0) and MapX45, performed the GIS component development, established HNPGIS system, which is very steadily, standard, usefully and maintainable. It has carried out on only the GIS basic function, such as data input and output, graphics operating and editing, but also inquiry and statistics, thematic map analysis and specialty analysis along with itself characters, for example as to the accident of pipeline network broken, the plan of best way to close the brakes will get through programming, it would reduce the accident loss as possible, in the process of equipping telephone, it acquired the best way analysis and reduced the devotion of manpower, material resource and finance.This system can basically meet the requirement of dynamical managing underground-integrated pipeline network of Hengnan, it will not only sever the departments of pipeline producing and management, but also can offer assistance in the decision-making in the city planning and Engineer construction, etc. So it has practical value in a way. |
