The questions of agriculture, rural and farmers are always related to the Party and people's overall development of modernization. As an agriculture country with large population and less land, China is deficient in arable per capita and reserve arable resources. In order to solve the contradiction urban-rural dual structure, we must transform the traditional agriculture, realize scale and intensive agriculture problem build quality, intensive productive and efficient modern agriculture and achieve the goal of agriculture modernization. Therefore, we must reform and improve the existing land system, cultivate and optimize the land transfer and expand its scale so as to achieve the large-scale management of rural land, thereby accomplishing the transition form traditional agriculture to modernized agriculture.From the strategy target of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, analyze the status and restraining factors of land transfer in our country, introduce the land transfer policies of developed countries, and then discuss possible policies for how to conduct land transfer and how to achieve the agriculture modernization in China on the basis of experience in developed countries for reference. Elaborate the necessities and importance of land transfer in the process of Chinese agricultural modernization.The first part is a simple introduction to the background and significance of the research, the research status of land transfer at home and aboard, the contents, the innovation and imperfection of the thesis. Then introduce the current situation and form of land transfer in China. In addition, based on the survey, this article concludes the main form of land flow in Qing he Country and researches every influencing factor of the farmland flow.
