| Appropriate scale management of rural land has become a hot issue in promoting agricultural development in recent years.The No.1 Central Document from 2019 to 2021 proposes to develop various forms of agriculture on an appropriate scale,and the No.1Central Document in 2022 proposes to accelerate the development of agricultural social services.It all shows that the appropriate scale management of rural land is an effective exploration of rural economic and industrial development,but it also exposes the problems of insufficient funds for large-scale management and insignificant benefits.Therefore,solving many contradictions in the process of large-scale operation is of great significance for driving farmers to increase their income and promoting agricultural transformation and upgrading.Taking the large-scale operation of land in Laixi City as a case study,it clarifies the relevant connotations of land transfer,social services,and large-scale land management.With the help of questionnaires,the current situation of large-scale land management in Laixi City is studied,and the results of large-scale land management are summarized: It has promoted the development of agricultural industrialization,the transformation of agricultural labor force,the double income increase of collectives and farmers,and the green development of agriculture.The typical practices of large-scale land management such as Dongshi Gezhuang,Qianwole Village and Qingdao Fengnuo Plant Protection Professional Cooperative were discussed,and the experience and enlightenment were summarized.Relying on the theory of land rent,property rights,and economies of scale,on the basis of questionnaires and interviews,the paper analyzes the contradiction between the production of small farmers and the development of modern and efficient agriculture,the financial difficulties of new operating entities,and the lack of large agricultural projects and characteristic industries in some towns and villages.,the construction of the socialized service system is lagging behind,and the interest linkage mechanism for small farmers is not perfect.Based on the existing problems in Laixi City,combined with the actual situation of Laixi City,from strengthening publicity and guidance,improving the willingness to transfer land;improving land efficiency and solving corporate financing problems;creating a good environment and introducing high-quality agricultural projects;innovating service methods and improving socialization Service system,innovation of connection mechanism,and improvement of the organization of small farmers,etc.,put forward the development suggestions and development ideas for the next step of large-scale land management in Laixi City. |
