Investigation And Research On The Situation Of Rural Land Transfer In Heyuan City

In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy and prices, the implementation of the rural household contract responsibility system in the past is clearly unable to keep up with the pace of the times. Farmers’ income of this system is very limited,their basic life has been unable to get security. On the other hand, with the improvement of the level of industrialization in China, agriculture is bounded to be modernized, and the traditional way of agricultural operations and production scale hindered the development of agricultural modernization to some extent in China. In this background, this new way of doing business appears in the rural land circulation. In line with the principle of equality and voluntariness, in accordance with the laws and regulations under the premise, subcontract the land management rights to agricultural enterprises or professional people, letting them have a higher development and bigger scale, the degree of mechanization of agricultural production. This method can increase in farmers’ income, at the same time effectively promote the development of agricultural modernization. The form of the transfer of land in addition to subcontracting outside, can also take the form of more diverse such as joint-stock cooperative or rental, transfer. In order to further accelerate the development of agricultural modernization, the central government has promulgated the relevant policies to encourage farmers to participate in various forms of land transfer, and promote agricultural scale management.In the positive policy, the national land transfer has been developed rapidly, but there are still many factors restricting its development, which is not conducive to the development of agricultural modernization, and farmers’ income has not been greatly improved.This thesis includes five parts. The first part mainly discusses the background and significance of the research on the influencing factors of land circulation, gives a concept of "rural land", "land transfer" and "farmers", defines the scope of this paper, and explains the research ideas and research methods; the second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis and the current situation of domestic and foreign research, and introduces the change of policy and system of land in our country; the third part takes Lianping County of Heyuan city as for an example, selects 9 townships in the county of typical representative, through visiting the survey, summarizes the current situation of rural land circulation in Lianping County; the fourth part uses the Logistic regression model for quantitative analysis ofinfluencing factors, according to the measurement results, the factors of significant and no significant effect was explained; the fifth part puts forward some suggestions and corresponding thinking of the related influencing factors of Lianping County Rural Land Circulation.
