In this paper, we take Dalian Allrun Electronic Co. Ltd as an objective, using modern strategic management concept, we thoroughly analyze and study its advantage and bad situation, opportunity and challenge, and work out the design of the growth strategy of Dalian Allrun Electronic Co. Ltd, with hope to develop its long-term competitive advantage.There are five parts in this paper. Part one, referring to the purpose of the paper and the measure of studying and reviewing the relevant strategic theory. The second and third chapter, the analysis of the AR Company's inside and outside circumstance. The fourth chapter is the SWOT strategy analysis. Through the SWOT analysis of the AR company' s inside and outside circumstance, clearing its strengths, weakness opportunity, threats, designing four deferent direction strategies. And then, with the help of matrix of Integrated, choosing its concrete strategy. The fifth chapter is through, with the analysis of the integrated matrix, clearing the AR company's strategy, and establishing the suitable construction of organization, developing good corporate culture and using fit marketing, human resource, and finance guarantees measure to make sure the implement of the strategy.
