Smart Home is a desirable industry for many companies, Bill Gates has mentioned: “a home full of smart gadgets” in the book of <THE ROAD AHEAD>. However, the Smart home industry is developed not so fast as what many people thought. In China, smart home market has started for more than 10 years, however, the market is still remained in the early stage, the main reasons may be: the high cost of Smart Home devices, the lack of technology and low demanding from the market. However, as the quick development of the technology, more and more people are going to accept Smart Devices, such as Smart Phone, since 2011, smart phone enjoys a fast growing, the quick growth also drove the cost down. The author has come to understand there will be a big growth of smart home industry, so co-founded EQ Company with his partner.This paper studies EQ company business management since its founding, then the background of the society, analyzed the problems currently EQ company facing; based on the analysis in the PEST, and comparisons with the key competitors and its actually development, SWOT Maxtrix analysis, come to conclude EQ company’s strategy; at the end, based on the above information, to work out a practical performance plan to realize the strategy.Through one year’s working in EQ Company since its founding, the Author utilizes the MBA courses in STJU to apply in the company business management.This paper uses a theoretical and empirical analysis tools, trying to use the methods of management, marketing of smart home and wireless products to formulate a reference sample for smart home industry. In particular, EQ company, as a new founding company, its experience will be a good reference for some quick growing small companies.
