In this paper, the authour analyzes the external and internal environment of TangshanCaofeidian twenty-two Metallurgical Engineering Technology Co Ltd, and put forward thestrategic measures for its development.Firstly, through the relevant theories of strategic management are briefly introduced,We can understand the connotation, key terms of the strategic management, Analyze thebenefits of strategic management, put forward the effective strategic managementguidelines, and laid the theoretical foundation for the thesis.Secondly, through the analysis of external environment of Tangshan Caofeidiantwenty-two Metallurgical Engineering Technology Co Ltd, this paper describes in detailthe opportunities and threats which the construction industry faced in these two aspects ofpolitical and economic circumstances.This paper uses Potter’s five forces model to analyzethe existing competition, potential entrants, potential substitutes, bargaining ability ofsuppliers and customers in the construction industry. The paper uses the external factorevaluation matrix to calculate opportunities and threats which the company faced in theexternal environment, and thinks that the enterprise has the certain reaction ability for theexisting opportunities and threats.Thirdly, through the analysis of the internal environment of Tangshan Caofeidiantwenty-two Metallurgical Engineering Technology Co Ltd, this paper introduces thedevelopment, life cycle and the internal situation of the company. This paper uses theMethod of value chain analysis and internal factors evaluation matrix analysis to analyzethe company, and thinks the company has a strong internal organization.Finally, this paper describes Tangshan Caofeidian twenty-two MetallurgicalEngineering Technology Co Ltd’s total strategic goal, strategic goal of the nearly fiveyears, and annual targets goal, and puts forward the strategy measures.
