China's state-owned enterprises,especially 96 centrally managed enterprises,play the basic functions of providing public goods,guaranteeing the construction of major investment projects and helping the national macro-control.At the same time,they also have the functions of perfecting our socialist economic system,accelerating social development,strengthening the control of key industries and preventing major economic winds.The special function of insurance plays an important role in our national economy.At present,the world's political and economic structure has been deeply adjusted and transformed,and China's economy has entered a new normal development.The disadvantages of the traditional model are becoming more and more obvious.The key to reshaping the world's economic structure and competition pattern has been transformed into innovation.Innovation has also become a new engine to promote China's economic development and attracted much attention.In this paper,the parent company dependent state-owned enterprises refer to their own business development depends on the strategic development of the parent company,mainly serving the main business of the parent company,business autonomy is poor,and because of the particularity of the status of the enterprise,sometimes they have to shoulder the mission of resettling wealthy personnel.This kind of parent company's innovation ability has a great influence on the development of parent company and even the whole industry.How to further enhance the competitive advantage through innovation,and at the same time,study the impact of customer and supplier concentration on the development of enterprise,what kind of goal to achieve and what kind of development strategy to help.It is an urgent problem for these state-owned enterprises that the parent company is going to be better,stronger and bigger.Based on the analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of YT company,this paper uses PEST and SWOT strategic analysis tools to analyze the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages of YT company.On this basis,the development orientation,ideas,objectives have been confirmed,the large strategy matrix is used to screen out the alternative strategies suitable for YT company,and the QSPM matrix is used to evaluate the development strategy most suitable for the current status of YT company.Finally,according to the actual situation of YT company,the development strategy is refined,the development Strategies of YT company are determined,and some feasible development suggestions are given.According to the analysis,the suitable development strategy of YT company is diversified development strategy,and joint venture development strategy can be used as future development strategy.According to the results of the analysis,the detailed measures for the implementation of the development strategy of YT company are formulated in four aspects:the strategic control of YT company by the parent company;the establishment of a supply chain ecological community;the human resources guarantee of YT company by the parent company;and the emphasis and strengthening of corporate culture construction.Based on the historical development of YT company as the main background,this paper combines business practice with the basic theory of strategic management,and finds a practical development strategy for YT company.
