The thesis is based on the models and theories of modern business StrategicManagement, and takes Yangcheng Coal Sales And Transportation Corporation as anobject of research. It is written with a systematically analytical approach that consists ofthe combination of quality and quantity. The thesis aims at an in-depth research on theCorporation's strategies for its development.First of all, foreword of the thesis, which gives a brief account of Yangcheng CoalSales And Transportation Corporation's development and the research background,research value, framework of the thesis.Secondly the thesis is devoted to a profound and comprehensive analysis of theCorporation's external environments, also makes an analysis of the Corporation'sactuality and competitive configuration in this industry by means of themacro-environments analysis and Michaele.Poter's five competition construction model,and provides quantitative analysis by EFE model.Thirdly, it is intended to make a systematical analysis of the Corporation's internalenvironments. At the same time, applying Value Chain theory and IFE Matrix, itanalyzes the Corporation's internal key factors, and that provides a basis for theCorporation in making strategies for its development. Fourthly, The thesis, through an analysis of SWOT matrix, have made strategiesthat Yangcheng Coal Sales And Transportation Corporation can adopt. In this basis, theCorporation's strategies for management will be worked out.At last, Furthermore, the thesis concentrates on a research on putting the strategiesinto practice, and makes some suggestions concerning the concrete measures for theimplementation.
