The transformation and development of the social economy and the change of the international clothing sales market environment make it difficult for the production and marketing enterprises to exert the price advantage of human capital and raw materials.To this end,clothing enterprises must be in the new normal environment of economic development,its development strategy to adjust.This paper takes the C apparel company as an example to analyze the development strategy optimization of apparel enterprises under the background of new development.Study shows:first,the current C apparel company's strategic development,the domestic policy environment is more favorable,and the international policy environment is subject to trade barriers and other factors.From the economic environment,China's sustained economic development for the C apparel company to carry out a strategic adjustment to provide macroeconomic protection,and the overall economic recovery in the international community has also created the conditions for the strategic adjustment of C apparel company.From the social and cultural point of view C clothing company's products and sales market social culture can better fit.At present,the development of clothing production and design technology provides a favorable technical environment for the development of C apparel company.Therefore,the current macro environment is conducive to the overall strategy of C apparel company restructuring.Second,from the analysis of Potter's five forces model,C company' faces great potential competitors,industry competitors existing competitive pressures in the current development process.In addition,the bargaining power of suppliers and the threat of potential substitutes are constantly strengthened.However,the economic development of the impact of consumers on the C clothing company's products in the bargaining power to reduce.As a result,it shows that the overall competitive environment of C apparel company is facing more intense,so it is necessary to make the development strategy adjustment to break through the current situation.Third,from the C apparel company's internal environment,the enterprise in human resources,equipment,technology,financial capacity,sales ability and core competitiveness,at the same level leading position.However,compared with foreign advanced clothing production enterprises and domestic large enterprises,there is still a certain gap.Based on the optimization of C company strategy analysis of internal and external environment,this paper thinks that from the internal C clothing company,C clothing company internal advantages outweigh the disadvantages,from the C clothing company's external environment,opportunities and threats coexist,but the opportunity is greater than the threat.Therefore,through the above quantitative analysis,it can be known that the C clothing company is more attractive strategic strategy for SO.That is,to give full play to the advantages of C clothing company within the company,combined with the current favorable external development opportunities ring.And to promote the implementation of the development strategy of C company including measures:the differentiation strategy of products and services,the creation of independent brand system,optimize information management support strategy,strengthen the cultural construction of C clothing company,fine marketing strategy support.Finally,the research of this paper is summarized and analyzed.
