The food safety relates to the people's health,economic development, social stability and the harmonious development of the whole society.The administration of the food safety in our country obtained a substantial development in the last 20 years,but that does not mean it is perfect,especially the explosion of the affair of the SanLu milk powder in September,31,2008, which uncovers the serious problem in the process of our food safety administration,that is "attach importance to the market,ignore the field."
