Comprehensive Post-evaluation Study On Power Plant Construction Project

Project comprehensive post-evaluation is one of the most important aspects of construction project management.Through making an on-the-spot investigation after building a power plant project we can analyze the difference between actual and predicted situation.Comprehensive Post-evaluation provides experience for the projects' normal operations,and a methodical approach for improving pre-evaluation decision.It is an effective way to improve construction project management level.This paper analyses the development process of foreign and domestic project comprehensive post-evaluation,sums up its development process and present situation. The article then analyzes process,effectiveness and efficiency,impact,and goals and sustainability post-evaluation,and uses the fuzzy evaluation method to analyze comprehensive post-evaluation in theory and application.
