Post-evaluation Of The Second Stage Expansion Project Of Hebi Power Plant

Post-evaluation is an indispensable and important link of item periodicity,and it has important significance to improve decision-making and investment performance. As the macro-scale fundamental construction, power project has important impact on national economy. So there is actual necessity to conduct post evaluation of power project.Referring to the theories and methods of post evaluation in stock,,the writer studied post evaluation of electric power of Hebi project. It comprised process evaluation,financial evaluation,impact evaluation .The main methods applied in this part are methodology of logical framework approach. The writer tried to establish the indicator system for the post evaluation of electric power of Hebi project. and put forward a model of multiple hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Lastly,the writer drew a conclusion of the post evaluation and gave some suggestions to improve it.
