Study On Post Evaluation Of Thermal Power Plant's Major Project

Project Post Evaluation is an important part in project lifecycle;it has the vital significance to raises the project level of decision and the investment benefit.The electric power is the national economy development foundation profession,is closely linked with the social economy development and the lives of the people,but we don't have a set of mature appraisals systems of Project Post Evaluation.Relied on the Project Post Evaluation of Guo Hua Electric Power,this thesis analyzes the national and the domestic Post Evaluation at present,expatiates the knowledge of post project evaluation of thermal power plant,probes how to constitute the indicator system,and analysis the method of the post evaluation of the thermal power plant major project.Finally the thesis takes a project for an instance to demonstrate method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
