The Research Of Government's Food Quality And Safety Supervision Andadministration

Food is a top priority to man, and food safety is essential. When Chinese people have dressed warmly and had their stomach full, now they emphasize more on food's safety. While, in China, there are serious problems in the supervision of food materials'supply, production environment, manufacture, processing, packing, transport and sale .etc. Food safety problem is not promising currently. This problem still goes on and has become more and more serious. Our government still has a long way to go.Taking Zhejiang Jinhua municipality's food supervision and administration as an example, and analyzing my own experiences of food quality and safety supervision together with other practical experiences, this article tries to explore new measures and ways to solve Jinhua municipality's food safety problem.Firstly, this article analyzes Jinhua municipality's food safety situation and existing problems, and makes a conclusion that our municipality's food quality and safety supervision and administration body should know who they should supervise and then strategically carries out food safety regulation system in long term. Secondly, it also talks about legal and theory basis to food quality and safety supervision and administration, discusses municipal and township governments'practical work, analyses situation and problems of Jinhua's food quality and safety, expounds necessity and meaning of supervision and administration on family workshops, introduces and analyses methods of food supervision and administration in America, Japan and European Commission, and points out what we can learn from. On this basis, this article puts forward some ideas on supervision and administration of our municipality's food quality and safety, and also writes my own thoughts on improving food safety supervision system and policy. At the same time, it has been successfully put to the work of Panan's bean product's quality and safety, and notable progress was made.
