"Country is people-oriented while food is the first necessity of the people",and as for food,food security comes the first.Food safety issues are always the most popular concerns for the community,and the attention degree continues to rise over time,which reflects that people's anxiety about food safety is obvious.In recent years,sudden and malignant food safety accidents have seriously affected the credibility of the government,which not only reflects that loopholes in food safety supervision,but also shows the severe situation of food safety.County,as the most basic administrative unit in China,is the the first administrative unit to bear the brunt.It not only affects the diet safety of the grassroots people,but also constitutes to the national food safety system.However,limited to a variety of reasons,food safety system of a county is still relatively backward and needs promotion.Based on Wencheng County's current situation of food safety,this article takes Wencheng County as the research object,analyzing the problems of the county's food safety administration by document research and survey research,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the food safety supervision,which provides reference for the national food safety supervision.This article analyzes internal and external factors and discusses the problems and deficiencies in food safety management of grassroots governments and deep reasons for why it happens.This article aims at constructing a suitable food safety supervision model for grassroots government,improving its development and operability,and contributing to the improvement of relevant theoretical system.
